四万十は日本最後の清流と呼ばれる四万十川が流れる豊かな地。豊富な川の幸の産地です。日本でも数少ない天然のウナギや鮎、テナガエビなどが獲れ、いずれもすばらしい味や食感が楽しめる。　　　　

地域に昔から伝わる食文化や生活を、新しい価値観で創造し、四万十地域で、いなかフェアトレードを目指し、拘りのモノヅクリをして県内外、国内外に発信販売する。
